Debra Christoffers's Bio:
Debra Christoffers has been a San Francisco resident for fourteen years. Real Estate has been her passion since the early 1980's. After buying and selling ten of her own homes and seven others for family and friends she decided to pursue a career in Real Estate. Before focusing on her career as a residential real estate professional, Debra participated in several start-up companies and held various senior executive level positions in real estate and technology at local, national and international corporations. Debra's attention to detail, her patience, and her interest in educating her customers are her best assets and are indispensable when working with clients. Her comprehensive market knowledge, financial analysis skills, and technology focused background help maximize her customers' profits and minimize their risk. The knowledge she has gained working in both the "up and down" market cycles in Real Estate and Hi Tech bring a fresh and unique skill into play. Debra specializes in multi-unit buildings and currently owns a couple of multi-unit building as investment properties. She has a knack for finding good investments for herself and others. Debra believes in serving clients and our Community. She is involved with several non-profit organizations including the Susan G. Komen Foundation, The Avon Foundation, The Cinderella Ride for Charity, Project Open Hand, and AIDS Life cycle in San Francisco.
